This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

On the first of the month following 60 days of employment:

· You will receive a performance review and be eligible for a wage increase

We are looking for people with warehouse experience who want to stay with the company for several years. If you want to learn and grow while you are here, we are willing to share our knowledge of the water filtration industry.

Initially, you will do these essential duties:

Processing Orders

· Use software system/pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer’s order.

· Properly pack items for shipment or stage for Production assembly.

· Assemble units according to the Build of Material (BOM).

· Ensure order accuracy with a thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment.

Logistics and Inventory Management

· Identify shipping method and follow required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately.

· Receive incoming products/off-load truck deliveries.

· Notify management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products.

· Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment.

· Participate in inventory cycle counts.

With time, a Warehouse Team Member will play a role to varying degrees in the assembly of custom-ordered water filtration systems for residential and commercial applications.
