General Responsibilities:

This position requires a specific skillset of a technical nature including, but not limited to: customer return processing; quality inventory inspections; operation of UPS/FedEx software; MacPac order closing/invoicing; administrative functions. Individuals must have proven record of attention to detail and ability to perform tasks correctly, efficiently, and of high level of accuracy.


Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm


Core Responsibilities:

  • Core responsibilities of the Front Desk Coordinator include: sorting UPS/FedEx documents; laying out of orders; answering and making calls to customer service regarding items or orders; prioritizing orders to accommodate shipping; communicating with traffic personnel; assisting customers with their pickups; making labels; marking paperwork for order processing; closing; invoicing; and assisting with bill of ladings; working closely with supervision to notify of potential problem areas or concerns.
  • May be asked to assist: pulling orders; wrapping orders; order processing dock functions.
  • Due to requirements of job, employee must wear proper PPE including steel tips with metatarsals; warehouse attire.
  • Must be familiar with computers and/or willing to learn how to operate various computer systems (MacPac, SAP).
  • Physical pulling and packing or handling of product for customers.
  • Operating warehouse equipment: picker; stacker; walkie.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work under pressured environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Possible cycle counting of inventory.
  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Any other work assignments.
