Our Mainfreight Seattle Warehousing Team is looking for a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to support our growing and fast pace operation.

Duties and responsibilities

• Accurately process customer’s orders in a timely manner according to KPIs.
• Receive and book in customer’s inventory using our proprietary WMS (MIMS).

• Maintain close communication with our clients. Execute daily queries.

• Maintain strict inventory integrity by performing weekly cycle counts.

• Promote and maintain safe and clean work environment

Qualification requirements

• Warehouse experience (min 2 years)
• WMS experience
• Retail compliance
• A strong work ethic
• Must be able to work as a Team
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Total focus on quality and customer service

Preferred Qualification

• BS/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

• Forklift and Reachlift experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
