Summary

The Sourcing Center Coordinator maintains a clean, safe, efficient Sourcing Center by keeping costs down, maintaining assets, turning inventories, as well as loading/unloading trucks, preparing shipments for delivery and insuring timely and accurate information/actions in the ERP systems. Prepares orders, loads shipments and processes/distributes all related shipping documents. Aligns effectively within a team environment to champion a high-performance culture. The Sourcing Center Coordinator reports to and collaborates with the Distribution Center Manager.

Performs all Customer Service related functions with acute attention to detail including, exceptional customer service and communications (verbal & non-verbal), order entry, inventory replenishment, customer pricing, order tracking and searching for inventory.

Utilizes MS Office functions to support data organization and distribution.

Inspects inbound loads for damage and accuracy. Unloads and properly stows inbound materials and enters into ERP inventory system.

Establishes stocking parameters, maintains standard and customer specific stock levels, manages shelf life and turnover ratios of inventories.

Maintains a clean, safe work environment.

Schedules pickups and deliveries to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.

Requires knowledge of Sourcing Center operations including inventory control, safety and operation of a fork lift.

Requires computer operation skills including MS Office.

Requires strong customer service orientation, collaboration and multi-tasking ability.

Requires 2 years experience loading and unloading trucks, inventory procedures, operation of a fork lift, scheduling and making deliveries and dealing directly with customer inquiries while demonstrating a high standard of quality results.
