Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be responsible for

Coo
rdinator, you are responsible for daily work direction on the floor, along with some office & computer responsibilities. The coordinator will monitor all inbound and outbound material, resolve issues, and handle customer request.

Full time hours available:
- 3rd shift 8:00pm - 4:30am (overtime as needed)
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
- Assist in work direction, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
- Provide coverage as needed to meet peak production goals
- Train and/or oversee training for new and current employees
- Evaluate and make recommendations regarding personnel
- Facilitate daily/weekly/monthly meetings with crew
- Encourage teamwork within workforce
- Manage day-to-day H.R. related issues; notify H.R. Dept. when needed
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure on time delivery
- Operate all material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain overall cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy (including shipping and receiving)
- Comply with all OSHA and site-specific safety and PPE requirements
- Ensure quality and safety objectives are met
- Work toward continuous quality improvement
- Stay current with changing technology
- Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
Reporting to this position: Warehouse Staff
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the Coordinator must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Education/Experience:
Required:
- High School Diploma, GED or continuing education
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Tools)
Preferred:
- College degree and/or continuous education
- Previous management experience
- Previous customer service experience
- SAP software experience/knowledge
License & Certificates: Forklift operator certification (preferred)
