Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Time management
• Represent the company at all times in the highest professional manner while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
• maintain the warehouse to the highest standards -Interact with the office, homeowners, contractors and others to ensure that all requirements are being met while conducting an installation.
• Be neat in appearance at all times and wear company attire at all times.
• Maintain a clean, efficient enviornment and work space at all times (company provided).
• Regular maintenance on equipment and tools(company provided)
• Maintain a working knowledge and review the given classes of installed products -Ability to lift 100lbs (for installers), work efficiently and work on roofs and ladders.

Job duties include:

• inspections, fireplace repairs and maintenance, working with a variety of power tools, safety equipment along ladders, documentation of jobs, communicating with clients and sales staff. etc

• Ability to climb ladders with no fear of heights

• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving history
• Ability to pass an employment offer drug screen and background check
• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Construction or Hearth Experience is a plus.
