Job Description: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Assignment Focus: We have an immediate opening for a hands-on warehouse associate. This position is critical to maintain workflow and inventory. The right individual for this position will be self-motivated and have a drive to follow all details through to completion. Accurate math skills and a high level of organization are a must.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and put away products as they are delivered
• Stage inventory to fulfill jobs and load material on installer vehicles
• Measure, cut, and label flooring products
• Maintain clean and safe working environment
• Complete inventory counts per the cycle count schedule
• Ensure accuracy with attention to detail

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of inventory cycle count procedures
• Ability to operate a forklift and cutting machinery
• Must have accurate math skills
• Prior warehouse experience is not required, but is a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. – 75 lbs.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary will be commensurate with experience
• 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching
• First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off
• Medical paid by employer at 75%

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
