Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, utilizing cycle counting and auditing, and will assist in other warehouse or shipping and receiving functions as determined by the Supervisor or higher management. Is able to operate various lift trucks and utilize a computer in the performance of duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities: - None.

Duties and Responsibilities: When required will include, but not limited to:

  • Execute and maintain the company Cycle Count and Inventory Control program
  • Perform daily inventory audits to ensure the count is accurate.
  • Conduct and assists with periodic physical inventory audits
  • Identifies and researches inventory discrepancies and corrects errors in SAGE
  • Monitor and Maintain Inventory accuracy
  • Interfacing with inventory manager, Quality and Operations on a regular basis
  • Perform good housekeeping chores in area
  • Support the organizations metric goals and objectives
  • Abide by all procedures, policies, work instructions,
  • Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures,
  • Provide input to organize inventory, assign/re-assign locations for control of Inventory
  • Transfer parts and materials, physically or in SAGE
  • Verify parts & materials, checking quality acceptance, checking for damage, correct part numbers,
  • When required assist with picking, put away, receiving, and other warehouse functions
  • Complies with applicable safety standards, regulations and PPE requirements.
  • Report all safety, inventory and quality issues to supervisor

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Have a strong attention to detail, organized .

· Perform with integrity, reliability,

· Able to work with little Supervision, work well on a team, be able to be a team leader

· Work overtime and weekends when needed to meet critical deadlines

· Ability to develop professional relationships with management and team members

· Excellent communication skills; be able to read, write, understand English

· Experience with Metrics a Plus

· Able to work well in a dynamic, changing operation and complete multitude of tasks in an organized and timely fashion.

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent desirable

· 6 months of inventory experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
