This entry level position’s main function is to maintain inventory of all hangtags, stickers and pre-price tickets for customer orders including sample orders. In addition, this position is also responsible for updating all VAS (value added services) sheets.

This position works within an operations and warehouse environment. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.

Responsibilities

• Review hot list for NSF, Jack Beannie, Decotex and ASI to look out for needed supplies and pre-price tickets; maintain customer supplied pre-price cabinet by keeping up the logbook and working with customer service (i.e- Pebble Beach); for retail orders- pack configurations- set up orders, print labels/paperwork, make changes, group move and ship completion process (for in-house and sources); run Heritage report to track status of orders (MTO).
• Manages VAS database- updates, modifies, deletes customer specifications to ensure customer requirements are met for every branded channel; Assists with researching retail charge backs from customer orders.
• Process domestic and international shipments via Campus Ship UPS which includes creating international shipping invoice. Shipments include samples, fabric swatches, etc for various departments (design, sourcing, etc.)
• Cycle count supplies (i.e- pre-price tickets, hangtags, etc.) and usage via log- tracked manually via spreadsheet to keep record of usage and ensure all ordered trims are received; order quick turn pre-price tickets (ordered via PO to vendor for certain customers) from fine line both Lenexa and NSF; ordering and shipping all MTO trims for Spring/Fall season.
• Print labels: carton ID’s for packaging, special pre-price tickets for Kohl’s and Disney, PGA color carton labels; assist with packaging when needed, assist with packaging training manual.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to regularly lift up to 30lbs; occasionally up to 50lbs
