We are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Warehouse Associate!

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders, and keeping the warehouse neat and ordered. The successful candidate must be easy to talk to, know how to carry a conversation, and value long-term relationship building, then this is the role for you! This role is an essential part of our business; you will work closely with others in a team atmosphere on various projects as assigned.

This role is onsite at our warehouse located in Londonderry, NH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting merchandise from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay
  • Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return
  • Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
  • Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
  • Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
  • Managing all merchandise with appropriate care
  • Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destination
  • Preparing shipments for crossing the border
  • Cycle counting inventory to ensure accuracy
  • Preparation of merchandise to sell on online marketplaces

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Proven work experience in a relevant warehouse setting
  • Skill in problem-solving and in the use of a computer and applicable software
  • Experience with inventory software
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to be a team player
  • Being able to keep high pace on repetitive tasks
  • Physical stamina and dexterity that is vital for the work involving lifting and moving heavy loads
