What this looks like (starts after 90 days):

• 1st shift: $16.41/hour up to $17.23/hour with attendance premium applied

On your 1st day you will receive 40 hours of Paid Time Off and will earn an additional 60 hours of Paid Time Off during your 1st year!

As a Warehouse Associate at Caterpillar you will:

• Perform functions in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials equipment, and supplies.

• Work from and maintain a variety of source documents to verify quantities, count parts, fill orders, package parts, etc.

• Use mobile equipment (Reach Truck, Forklift Stand up/Sit down, Tugger, etc.) to facilitate job functions as required.

Basic Requirements:

• Previous work or volunteer experience

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods

• Willing and able to perform repetitive operations

• Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Experience operating a Forklift or other mobile equipment

• Experience working in a Logistics/Warehouse environment
