Merchants Cash Partners is looking for motivated college graduates with sales experience to become a part of a fast paced, rewarding work environment. With a comprehensive training program, MCP works hand and hand with the sales team to ensure the continued growth of both our inside reps, and clients. As a team, we want to give individuals the tools to be successful in B2B sales.

· Generate relationships by means of proactive outbound prospecting

· Work through our CRM to discover opportunities from leads

· Demonstrate and reach strong selling and influencing skills

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the workplace

· Research and consult with businesses, contact the decision makers, and show them how MCP lending’s can benefit their business

· B2B sales experience preferred

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 2+ years of experience in sales role

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Fluency in English is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Brooklyn, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
