Job Description:

Seeking a Vice President of Product Development to lead our product development team. Responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the entire product portfolio.

Pay: 200K-250K

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and business goals for the product team
• Lead and manage the product development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the product development team.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Define and analyze product metrics to measure the success of products and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop and manage product budgets and timelines.
• Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies in partnership with the marketing and sales teams.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in product development with a proven track record of success.
• Experience developing and executing product strategy and roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
