Marina Hawaii Vacations is a part of Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. We are a vacation rental company located near the yacht harbor at the entrance of Waikiki. We have the largest selection of beautiful condominiums in the amazing Ilikai Hotel, Ilikai Marina and Discovery Bay.

We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President for Marina Hawaii Vacations. The VP is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of the Marina Hawaii Vacations operations and development for the condominiums located in the Ilikai Hotel, Ilikai Marina and Discovery Bay. The VP leads an engaged team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and processes while achieving strategic initiatives and superior financial results. This individual is also responsible for developing talent and fostering an engaging culture which reflects the core values of Hawaiian Properties, Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implements business strategies for Marina Hawaii Vacation owners which are aligned with the company’s overall mission, vision, values and strategies
• Participates in the development of operating concepts, processes and guidelines for the Condominium units.
• Develops long range strategies and tactics to ensure each customer/owner achieves projected and budgeted business results
• Achieves profit, customer service and revenue goals by leading the development and implementation of strategic plans which support the operations
• Analyzes business results on a regular basis and takes actions to improve results as appropriate
• Ensures all budget and financial projections are achieved.
• By setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, the Vice President leads teams and encourages maximum performance and dedication
• Must maintain the highest level of integrity and lead by example in all areas

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Hotel Management preferred
• Minimum five to seven years senior hotel operations leadership experience or
• Minimum three to five years previous General Manager experience in a large hotel environment with complex operations
• Experience overseeing multiple properties
• Proven leadership skills, results oriented
• Experience Managing multiple-level staff
• Demonstrates dependability and shows a sense of urgency about getting results; willing to commit the hours it takes to get the job completed; takes responsibility for actions and achieves results; overcomes obstacles
• Need flexibility, Adapts and changes course of action when appropriate; effectively transitions from task to task; deals well with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; maintains objectives amidst shifting priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills, both practiced and impromptu
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
• Business Acumen to include a solid understanding of business financials and Profit and Loss Statements
• Hawaii Real Estate license preferred but not required
