Hiring Range: $48,000-$57,600 annually

Help change the world and improve the lives of North Dakota citizens by partnering with our customers to meet business needs, to deliver transformational customer and state constituent experiences across Team ND. North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) is seeking a VoIP Administrator for our Technology division. As a VoIP Administrator, you will assist in the administration, support, provisioning, designing, testing, monitoring, and implementation of enterprise VoIP solutions. In addition, you will provide routine maintenance and operational administration for VoIP systems, as well as last-stop support for incident management and troubleshooting.


To succeed in this position, you must have strong time management habits and interpersonal skills, the ability to pivot quickly, the curiosity to continue to grow, and the courage to fail forward and learn from mistakes. You will possess an understanding of internetwork concepts and methods and telephony protocols, as well as knowledge of the systems and business processes reliant upon them.


To be considered for this role, an Associate degree in Information Systems or a closely related field and one year of current and professional work experience is required. An additional three years of current and professional experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Additional certifications such as CCNA or PCNSE are preferred.
