Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sets up VIM (Visual Inspection Machine) for each process set up change.
  • Trouble shoots and makes process adjustments to equipment to correct for issues and ensure efficient and effective operation of the VIM line.
  • Performs daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned by schedules.
  • Performs breakdown repairs on production equipment when necessary.
  • Accurately records information on all required logs, forms, schedules, and/or the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System).
  • Proper disposition and storage of ordered supplies and materials.
  • Addresses facility related concerns where necessary.
  • Provide maintenance or assists maintenance work in the thermoforming department.

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred.
  • Competent with personal computers and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic skills in electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Must have at least one-year experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to work off shift overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
