Vice President Supply Chain - Gardena, CA

As the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's supply chain operations, from sourcing and demand planning to inventory management and logistics. You will need to be an experienced leader with a proven track record of developing end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of supply chain management systems and processes. You should also have the ability to think both tactically and strategically, developing innovative, cost-effective solutions that enable flexibility and responsiveness to sudden changes in demand or supply.

In addition, you should have experience building, training, and developing high-performing teams, as you will be responsible for managing a staff of 7-10. You should be able to develop and implement strategies to maximize employee performance and foster employee engagement in meeting the organization's strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree, as well as ten or more years of experience in supply chain management, with at least five years in a Director/Senior Director role. You should also have a successful track record of influencing and decision-making at multiple levels, both inside and outside an organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
