Job description
Responsible for providing strategic leadership for Out of Home Sales in order to maximize revenue and profits consistent with Wells and shareholder expectations. Lead and inspire sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for Out of Home Sales to achieve stable, long-term growth and profitability. Direct long and short-term customer marketing plans to achieve maximum brand growth and profitability.
  • Establish and strengthen customer relations with top management and business leaders within key accounts. Develop and facilitate new customer relationships and maintain a high level of visibility with them.
  • Develop and execute distribution and promotional strategies to enhance proper product positioning and selling and to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Develops relationships with senior management across all departments within Wells to understand needs and opportunities of the business.
  • Create budget for assigned functional areas and ensures that the team operates within the established budget and annual business plan.
  • Provide leadership and decision making related to outside support services and agencies. Review and approve all license agreements and corporate supply agreements related to business units.
  • Responsible for the P&L within Out of Home Sales.
  • Builds strong, effective high performance teams. Influences and motivates for strong performance. Improves the performance of others through coaching/feedback. Strengthens the quality of talent through assessment, selection, placing the right people in the right positions. Identifies and develops future leadership and improves overall bench strength. Consistently makes good people decisions regarding recruitment, promotion, and assessment and possesses the ability to make tough but fair decisions.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity. EDUCATION List the minimum education required to be qualified for the position, including certifications or licenses. BS/BA required; MBA or equivalent degree preferred. EXPERIENCE List experience preferred to be qualified for the position - 10- 15 years Sales leadership experience. SPECIFICATIONS List specifications required for the job and indicate the importance and proficiency levels of each. * Knowledge - Knowledge of Out of Home channels within CPG * Skills - Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must be able to activate a team to achieve sales goals. Strong customer and partner focus. Excellent leadership, prioritization, interpersonal and communication skills, analytic and quantitative skills. Strong presentation skills. * Abilities - Ability to establish credibility and gain trust internally and externally quickly. Ability to overseeing major projects, often time-sensitive, balancing competing priorities, working independently, and working with senior executives. Proven ability to develop key accounts.
