Our Vice President of Sales owns the expansion of Veev’s revenue pipeline, selling the home as a product to Production Builders, Developers. This includes entering new territories and markets. Reporting to our CEO, you will build and grow the sales team, finalizing processes, while working closely with other teams to report out to the executive team projections, successes, and how we are overcoming obstacles.

Compensation:

The Bay Area and California annual salary is between $225,000 - $300,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Compensation:

$225,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute upon Veev’s sales strategy & plan, in alignment with the Company’s goals
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build, lead, develop and manage a high-performing sales team with consistent processes, systems and in multiple regions; providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets
  • Leverage your developer / builder networks and develop a pipeline of new relationships; clearly articulating Veev's unheard of impact on time, cost, materials.
  • Develop & nurture relationships with partners, to maximize long-term value and repeat business
  • Build a pipeline of business to achieve and exceed sales objectives
  • Develop an understanding of customer fit with ideal target for Veev
  • Work with the marketing and IT/IS team to finalize and improve the CRM system and other needed systems
  • Cross functionally share key insights from the field and the market and with leadership
  • Prepare weekly & monthly sales updates and forecasts for the leadership team, and report at board meetings as necessary or, Forecast sales performance and report on sales metrics to senior leadership
  • Work closely with finance, the real estate and the legal departments on preparation and execution of contracts and supporting documents
  • Attend selected conferences, meetings, and industry events to promote Veev

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years working with and selling highly complex, solution based, enterprise products to B2B C-levels as well as operational teams in the Builder, Developer, or Hotels, or Semiconductor, or Commercial spaces .
  • Experience in building and leading enterprise level sales organizations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven approach
  • Demonstrated excellence across the following areas
  • Building effective enterprise, B2B Sales teams
  • Relationship and data driven sales, prospecting & networking
  • Complex negotiations with financial teams
  • Clear and concise verbal & written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and Organization
  • Account management
  • Thrive in high growth environments, with new challenges and creating process within ambiguity
  • Travel when/where needed
