Job description
Plaistow-Kingston Animal Medical Center is currently accepting resumes for a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist. We are a high-quality, multi-doctor, full-service small animal and exotic hospital.
This position requires technical skills in multi-patient management, managing multiple phone lines, greeting and educating clients, booking appointments, checking patients in and out of the hospital, and processing payments.
Candidates must have excellent skills in client communication, multi-tasking, and client service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing personality and exceptional people and phone skills. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a veterinary receptionist.
