Job Summary: The Receptionist provides high quality customer service and aides in providing excellent patient care. The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring a positive client experience. This is a regular, full-time position; scheduled days and hours may vary based on hospital needs. This position reports directly to the Hospital Manager.
Pay: $13.00-$17.00 per hour*
- Starting pay will be based on relevant education and experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets clients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answers phones using a multi-line phone system, including answering client questions, screening for service needs, and scheduling appointments
- Processes incoming and outgoing patients, including taking payments
- Handles incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Processes a variety of documents, and maintains client information, service data, and other relevant data within practice management software
- Monitors client waiting area to ensure cleanliness at all times
- Provides excellent and efficient client experience
- Communicates clearly and effectively with medical team and Practice Manager to ensure clients and patients are being provided with the highest level of care

Education/Experience
