Position Summary:

Ensure successful development and launch success for multiple projects related to core business orders, utilizing a gated development process and project management tools.

Essential Functions:

• Complete product development and maintenance as required by using NPD gated process.
• Provide technical guidance to external and internal suppliers.
• Communicates and coordinates with suppliers to develop specifications for products and/or components.
• Lead efforts to complete layouts, prepare drawings and assist in creation of bills of material and Engineering Change Orders as required to support the project schedules.
• Identify any long-lead time purchased parts
• Participates in the contract reviews, Scoping, PIE (Project Initiation Event) and other internal activities.
• Process manual orders and configured orders.

Specialized Skills/Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technology field with 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• fundamental knowledge of SolidWorks and PDM, DFMEA, FEA, DVP&R and similar
• Problem-solving skills using various techniques and tools such as A3, 8D or similar
• Excellent project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
