Contract Agent Position Available Now

The Sales Contract Agent is directly responsible for the Finance and Insurance operations of the Sales Departments their respective dealership. This position receives and processes a high volume of confidential personal information that requires strict compliance with privacy laws and Red Flag rules of which we will provide training. The position also has access to confidential company information such as wholesale costs and pricing strategies. This position works with the Sales, Finance and Insurance, and Accounting Departments, as well as directly with customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist customers in completing Credit Applications for various financial institutions, and accurately and truthfully enter them via online portals.
• Accept deposits, down payments, and full payments per company policy.
• Print all contracts and agreements to complete the sales transaction as indicated on sales Menu and as specified by Sales Manager, including acceptance of or declination of all products, warranties, and rebates.
• Meet with customers to review and execute the prepared Sales Documents.
• Complete all DMV and Warranty Registration processes, and work with the Accounting Department to finalize deals, and more.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting/Record Keeping experience or education preferred
• Ability to operate in a confidential, professional, positive team atmosphere.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and generally Computer Literate.
• Exceptional Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Previous Automotive or Powersports experience a plus.
