Description: You will be in charge of assisting and maintaining good communication with

“Airbnb” and other booking platforms’ guests through online messaging, phone calls, and keeping listing descriptions up-to-date.

  • You will do online messaging with people interested in booking throughout the booking platforms in order to answer all inquiries they may have before completing the booking.
  • You will do written or verbal communication with guests throughout the booking platforms in order to answer all inquiries guests may have or assist them with coordinating a resolution for any arising issue together with the help of the housekeeping, handyman, and inspector team if needed.
  • You are expected to do fast responses and to have excellent dialogue skills in order to keep our guests satisfied with our service.
  • You will be in charge of collecting and forwarding the handyman invoices and job pictures to us. We will do the payments.
  • You will be in charge of communicating with the booking platforms’ support if needed in order to find a resolution for any arising issue. Only when a money refund is requested, you will forward the case to us. We will deal with refunds.
  • You will be in charge of charging guests because of damages, missing items, or extra services. The housekeeping team will provide you with the evidence needed to do so.
  • You will keep the properties’ online listing details and descriptions up-to-date by updating important information like for example check-in introductions, codes, and passwords shown in the listing’s booking pages in order to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure smooth and happy stays for the guests.
  • You will be overviewing and answering guests’ reviews on the booking platforms.
  • You will be coordinating with the team their weekly assignments in order to maintain the properties' guest-ready for each booking reservation.
  • You are in charge of doing a summary report of all uncompleted assignments before the end of your shift in order that the next shift can continue the job efficiently. Great communication is key.
  • You are expected to have good communication with your superior and to coordinate routine meetings. The objective is to discuss performances, solutions for problems, to explore ways to effectively simplify processes, and other subjects.

Requirements:

  • Fully Bilingual with excellent communications skills, verbal & written
  • Proactive, positive hospitality, welcoming and friendly attitude.
  • Teamwork skills, good judgment, able to have initiative, and time management skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $1,200.00 per month
