Customer Experience Representatives are on the front lines of executing our mission and value.   • Conduct every transaction with a customer-focused, courteous, professional approach
  • Utilize systems to research and resolve issues regarding claims, eligibility, and benefits
  • Actively document transaction activity accurately and with attention to detail
  • Remain knowledgeable of current desk procedures to locate and provide accurate information
  • Work with a goal to resolve the client's issue the first time wherever possible, and to leave that interaction with a positive feeling of us assisting in their issue
  • Act as an effective team member; your team will be made of highly motivated associates, all working together for the mission
  • Navigate and work within multiple systems, both company- and client-based
  • Other duties as assigned

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Preferred 1-2 years' experience in customer service
  • General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
  • Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word
  • Data entry and 10 key experience necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to accountability, effort, and a positive attitude
