Job description
The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, equipment, and inventory clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. Assists skilled maintenance, landscaping and custodial staff as directed in performing semi-skilled or unskilled tasks in the upkeep and repair of facilities. Also ideal candidate should have floor technician experience.
Job Responsibilities
Working night shift cleaning position and during the daytime you will be on call to handle all emergencies.
Must have reliable transportation as you’ll commute in Virginia, Maryland, DC areas.
You will be On-call 24 hours
Bilingual in English/Spanish required
Schedule Monday through Sunday
