JOB SUMMARY


The Used Truck Sales Coordinator ensures the UTD works efficiently to get trucks ready for sale. They work with the OKC Used Truck Manager to make sure the location has adequate inventory and that the inventory is ready.
The Used Truck Sales Coordinator is responsible for arranging transportation for trucks purchased and moving units between the stores.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND CRITICAL COMPETENCIES


Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the team to utilize Airtable/Truckpaper and ensure the Used Truck inventory is appropriately represented, exposed and marketed on brucknertruck.com and truckpaper.com
  • Oversee reconditioning to ensure equipment is brought to market quickly in the most cost effective manner
  • Assist the UTM in reviewing UTI tickets
  • Fill out stock requests as needed
  • Assist salespeople as needed with sales paperwork, truck/trailer preparation and truck/trailer deliveries
  • 10 Travel overnights per year (as needed)

  • Deliver all goals as identified by the VP of Sales and the President.
  • Maintaining 80% or better weekly Airtable Exposure
