We are a stable independent dealership (321 Drive) that works on most makes/models and does most repairs from A to Z.

Looking for a used car service manager that understands A to Z repairs/maintenance on all makes/models.

You will be responsible for making decisions on repairs/reconditioning and helping diagnose vehicles.

You will help with inspecting auction vehicles, building a plan for repair, arbitrations, customer service/intake, technician management, and more. We are looking for someone with a great understanding of running a shop as well as finding ways to reduce costs.

Looking for an experienced manager who has a broad knowledge on most makes/models.

We have been around 30+ years, and have never been slow or needed to lay off employees. We always have a backlog of cars/jobs to work on and continue to grow.

Must be proficient in Domestic, Asian, and some European.

We have all equipment necessary for repairs, including factory level scanners with programming subscriptions.

Schedule is 5 days Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends.
We pay depending on experience/ability.
