URBN Wave Coordinator (Day Shift Monday- Friday)
Job description

levels including fellow-employees, customers and management.
Position: Wave Coordinator
Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Schedule: Monday- Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create waves based on staff levels, production goals, and order ship dates.
- Partner with the Picking supervisor to research missing z-racks, shortages, and pick progress on waves (i.e
- Strategically plan picks to flow from static rail, carousel, and Fairless Hills pick locations.
- Monitor product flow throughout the putwall process to ensure efficiency in the packing area.
- Putwall reconciliation to ensure all orders are shipped within SLA.
- Send out Bi-Hourly updates to management.
- Manage and update goals and staffing spreadsheet.
- Communication with OB supervisor/Ops Manager to report any delay in wave movement.
- Ensure wave reconciliation of materials that have scanning errors or need manual sortation.
- Manage exception waves and release accordingly.
- Work with systems, RMS, Looker, and Microsoft applications.
- Promote safety within the department and throughout the facility.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Solid computer skills
- Microsoft Excel, Gsuites, RMS, Looker, Google docs
Physical Requirements:
- Stand / walk for an extended time period
- Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 55 pounds
- Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which
