Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform various duties necessary for the overall Time and Attendance (Dimensions and Labor Tracking)
  • Review the MyTime timecards, reporting, auditing and functionality for hourly employees
  • Partner with operations management team to ensure that daily MyTime timekeeping is complete and in preparation for final Supervisor Timecard Approval
  • Scrubbing and reconciliation of Daily Roster vs Dimensions
  • Generate routine and basic ad hoc reports and assist in training reporting users
  • Track on spreadsheets and time keeping system to provide necessary payroll information to Leadership & HR
  • Adding all personal time to timecards from daily call out logs
  • Collaborate with Leadership & HR daily to ensure attendance point allocation is accurate
  • Aid all employees with any inquiries regarding attendance, paid time off and other timekeeping matters. Escalate inquiries to HR when necessary
  • Timeclock Maintenance – Work with the HRIS team to lead troubleshooting, installation, monitoring and routine maintenance of onsite timeclocks
  • Make ongoing recommendations to the HR Manager on the efficiency and process streamlining needs of the entire timekeeping/payroll process
  • Maintain discretion and ensure proper handling while dealing with highly sensitive data
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
  • All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Must utilize all software applications, computer programs, and excel spreadsheets as needed.
  • Relates well to all associates, knows how to tailor communication to appropriate audiences, moves to take outside partners when needed, and escalates appropriately when further de-escalation is needed in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to confidentiality.
  • Must be detail oriented.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to manipulate a keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time
  • Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 50 pounds
