Job description
Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet is looking for positive and personable people to fill our Patient Representative and Unit Secretary roles in our Peachtree City clinic. Employees will have a home location but it is possible to travel between the clinics as needed.
Depending on the role, job duties may include: patient check in, insurance verification, collection of copayments/outstanding balances, answering phones, patient check out, filling prescriptions, calling in prescriptions to pharmacies, printing/explaining exit care, providing work/school excuses, some light room/waiting room clean-up, and assisting in the lab with COVID Testing.
Scheduling is tentative 8A.M. –8P.M. 3-4 shifts for full time and 2-3 shifts for part time a week on a floating schedule. Weekends and some holidays are required.

Must be flexible with locations during training period.
Experience in a medical setting is preferred but not required.
