Responsibilities of a RN Unit Manager:

  • Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients
  • Acting as a main point of contact between residents and their families
  • Addressing and preventing concerns from family members

Qualifications for a RN Unit Manager:

  • AssociatesDegree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
  • Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
  • One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.

Pay: $47,100.61 - $75,000.00 per year
