Taylor Health Care Center is seeking an Unit Charge Nurse LPN/RN

Taylor Health Care Center received the 2019 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The program is based on the core values and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The center continued their quality care journey in 2020 when they received the Silver National Quality Award.

Position Summary: Day Shift or Night Shift

• Direct the operations of patient services to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies and procedures, and patient directives.
• Provide leadership for the staff in the department in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

Education/Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school for LPN and must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the State of West Virginia.
• License must be current, unencumbered, and active in the state of West Virginia.
• Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire certification within 90 days of hire.
