Job Summary
Stockton based company of 60+ years, looking for an experienced tanker-truck driver to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner. Must be okay to travel out of state (2-3 nights a week) as needed.
Total Compensation Package = $110k+
Owner Operators - Own your own truck (2017 and newer) - we'll make you a fair market value offer!

Responsibilities
- Transport liquid propane and ammonia to manufacturing plants or industrial plants
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts (Electronic logs)
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Skills
- Proven work experience as a haz-mat truck driver (Min 1 year)
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Experience with driving in snow & tire chains
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
- Commercial Class A License with Hazmat Certificate and All Endorsements requiredFor consideration:
