Full-time Fluctuating On-Call Life Skills Coach
Travel: New Start SLS covers clients in the Alta California Regional Center Catchment area. The Floater On-Call staff may be called on to work in Colusa, Yuba City, Auburn, Placerville, Roseville, Sacramento, Shingle Springs – anywhere that clients reside. Travel to clients’ homes will be reimbursed at the federal rate for mileage reimbursement.

New Start SLS is looking for a full-time Fluctuating On-Call Life Skills Coach. This position will involve weekends, evenings and travel. 35 – 45 hours per week guaranteed.

This position is an in-home and community based Life Skills Coach position. Staff will be responsible for assisting clients with meeting the Individual Service Plan goals they set for themselves. These goals are designed to increase client independence. Cooking, Menu planning, and using public transportation are examples of client goals which you will likely work on.
The On-Call staff may also be called on to do client visitations and interviews.
