Summary:

Description Training Specialist, Clinical Trial Learning and Development, located remotely with work options in the US. The Clinical Trial Learning and Development (CTLandD) organization develops and delivers learning strategy, design, and operations for staff and investigational site staff participating in sponsored clinical trials. This includes assessing needs and crafting effective, efficient, and engaging learning solutions, training plans, and assets resulting in shortened study start-up cycle times, increased learning effectiveness and efficiency for conduct of clinical trial activities, and overall improvement in site satisfaction. The CTLandD organization is a critical component to goal of becoming the Sponsor of Choice. The CTLandD Training Specialist will work across therapeutic areas and collaborate with a multitude of team members. This position will manage project timelines and budgets for all training needs that CTLandD utilizes to ensure the proper collaboration between Vendors, Designers, etc. to meet the needs of the study teams. This requires that the individual have good project management skills, ability to work in multiple systems, and have attention to detail.

This individual will also support CTLandD with educational sessions to the greater organization to accurately describe new and current activities that CTLandD is responsible for.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines between Graphic Design, Vendors, CTLandD, and Study Teams Manage Vendors including, but not limited to, managing the Purchase Orders, and tracking spending using required systems
• Coordinate educational sessions called Train2Learn for the appropriate audiences while working with internal CTLandD members to potentially develop and present material Evaluate freelancers
• Assist with the organization of MS Teams and One Note Assist and/or develop training modules using PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia possibly including voiceover
• Coordinating and managing and/or hosting meetings

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant training experience
• Experienced in using Zoom, MS Teams, MS Office Suite, and SharePoint
• Experience preferred, but not required with e-learning/video creation software such as Camtasia and Articulate Storyline products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good time management and project management skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to build and maintain solid and positive relationships with internal team members and partners as well as with external Vendors
