THE ROLE

• Works with the Curriculum and Training team to provide onsite field interviews/trainings and program launches for the Orange County, CA schools and their regional managers and Quality Assurance Coordinators
• Responsible for ensuring all Orange County, CA Regional Managers and Quality Assurance Coordinators are adequately trained and supported on Elevo curriculum, behavior management and customer service.
• Observes Quality Assurance Coordinators on a rotating basis to ensure job duties are met and coaches are well trained and supported.
• Supports Quality Assurance Coordinators with coach evaluations.
• Conducts virtual curriculum trainings for coaches and other Elevo team members on curriculum and behavior management
• Attends weekly meetings with the Curriculum and Training team and attends quarterly in-person trainings

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working in the education, child development or the enrichment learning industry a plus
• Experience with in-person/on site training preferred
• Must be willing to travel, sometimes on short notice, usually within the Orange County, CA area
