THE ROLE

The Training Coordinator (internally known as Quality Assurance Coordinator) will be responsible for visiting school sites daily, and performing in person site visits and evaluations with coaches.

Ensuring Elevo coaches are maintaining a high standard of coach quality and correctly implementing Elevo Curriculum, will be a key part of the role. You will work in conjunction with your regional Training Manager from the Curriculum and Training Team, to support the implementation of Elevo curriculum and the standardized training of Elevo coaches. You will assist your Regional Manager with site quality control, school site walk-throughs and program launches as well as provide support and additional on the job training to coaches. You will also conduct field training and shadow shift sessions with new coaches.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING

  • Follow and complete a checklist at all site visits and send reports to the appropriate manager.
  • Conduct coach evaluations while on site.
  • While on site, the training of coaches should be the main focus. Always be modeling and training others.
  • Be able to run a 20+ person Field Training on our Elevo Curriculum.
  • Be the point person for the Regional Manager on site.
  • Communicate any late/missed shifts with the Regional Manager so they can work on immediate coverage.
  • Responsible for day to day program success and making quick changes to the implementation if you notice that improvements are needed, or that site specific game changes need to be made
  • Providing daily reports to their Regional Manager to filter up information on the school site health


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years previous background in operations and customer service
  • Knowledge of after school programming is a plus.
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing CRM (HubSpot) systems strongly preferred
  • Proficient with Google drive/tools: Excel, Docs, PPT
  • Understands the importance of data integrity to provide accurate reporting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple people and departments internally
  • Must have the ability to travel from site to site at a moment's notice.
