Job Description
Job Summary
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of all processes around employee training including new hire and onboarding. Once implemented, the person in this position will input and manage all data in the Learning Management System
. This position will coordinate training schedules and evaluate applicable outside training resources. The training coordinator will be responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results.
Job Duties

Performs administrative work in planning, developing, coordinating and implementing training strategies.

Tracks employee course attendance and sends reminders when necessary.

Schedules training sessions & maintains training room calendar.

Assists with requests for preparing course materials for training classes.

Conducts and tracks post training assessments; prepare reports for Management review.

Maintains learning course catalog.

Manages training inbox to resolve issues, requests and questions.

Manages and maintain training supply inventory.

Other duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

College degree preferred.

Three (3) or more years of related experience.

Experience in Training & Development environment preferred.
Compensation Information
Salary Range: $17.80/hr-$24.49/hr
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
