Primary Responsibilities:
Department Coordination

  • Keep, maintain and update community training calendars
  • Coordinate with speakers
  • Coordinate with organizations requesting training
  • Draft training proposals for training requests
  • Draft training marketing materials
  • Collaborate with AANE Business Department to issue and collect training related payments
  • Collaborate with the AANE Marketing Department as needed
  • Coordinate with ASL/CART providers
  • Track training revenue and expenses
  • Provide technical assistance and support for training events

All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

  • Demonstrated professional and/or personal interest in, and experience with autistic children, teens or adults
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Vimeo, Youtube, G Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to delegate and/or ask for help when needed
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Schedule:

  • Part-time, 10-15 hours/week
  • Remote
  • Flexible, Monday-Friday
  • Occasional weekend and evening availability required
