ContactUs Communications based in Columbus, Ohio is expanding and we have a new client need!
This is a Work at Home position with qualified personal equipment.
You also need to have your own computer/laptop, Pass a speed test for high speed internet, ethernet cord, high quality headset with a microphone and a quiet work space. You also must be 18 with a HS Diploma or GED, pass a background and drug screen.
What a typical day looks like: Candidates will be scheduling rides to medical appointments. Agents process incoming calls from insurance members (customers) to book and schedule rides to upcoming appointments.
Qualifications: 2 years Customer Service Experience. Comfortable using PC platforms, Microsoft Office Ability to type 25 wpm or greater. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Flexible team player with ability to execute duties efficiently. Reliable and conscientious. Good organizational skills and work habits. Ability to work alone with minimal assistance. Strong communication skills: verbal and written communication. Able to connect with people, build strong relationships and network with other providers in a crunch. Be positive and optimistic without being giddy. Confidence to ensure the stillness of the plan. Able to understand the plan and the plan limits. Communication about the plan will be by phone primarily, potentially via email. A problem solver: identify what is being asked, if there is no solution what can we do later? Time management skills. Exercise control of call.
