Therapist - Odenton (Full Time)

Vesta, Inc is seeking an LCSW-C to provide clinical services to consumers at our Odenton Region. Vesta serves individuals who are suffering from a wide range of diagnosis including severe mental illness. Service provided would be individual, family, and group therapy as well as treatment planning and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that consumers in our clinic are receiving quality mental health care.

COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate: In accordance with the CMS Vaccine Mandate, Vesta employees, contractors, and interns are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for most of our employees, with the exception of those who primarily telework, work remotely, or have no direct contact with others while working. This requirement is subject to exceptions that may be required by law. If selected, you will be required to submit proof of vaccination before your onboarding if you are hired after December 4, 2021. Your recruiter will provide a list of documents acceptable as proof of vaccination and instructions for how to submit a request for a legally required exception, if needed, to comply with vaccination requirement.

Applicants MUST be licensed in the state of Maryland to provide mental health services. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday Flexible between 8a-8pm.

Salary ranges are as follows and are capped by LCSWs because of their ability to bill Medicaid and Medicare which we take exclusively at our non-profit:

LGPC, LMSW, LPC: $54,000 - $60,480 p/y
LCPC, LCMFT: $56,500 - $63,280 p/y
LCSW: $60,770 - $66,080 p/y
LCSW w/Clinical Supervision: $62,540-$66,080 p/y

Therapists can also be compensated on a Fee for Service Basis through a monthly invoice process .

Hours for the position are Monday through Friday Full time.

Responsibilities:
Provides individual and/or group sessions and social casework for residents/clients and their families.
Serves as a member of the treatment team, working with other disciplines in diagnosing problems, formulating treatment plans, and evaluating progress.
Provides necessary social work treatment in accordance with medical treatment plans and modifies these plans to further therapeutic goals.
Prepares socio-psychiatric case history information, psychosocial assessment, and social work treatment plans, for use in pre-admission screening and diagnosis.
Knowledge of child-centered play therapy; hypnosis and brief psychotherapy; grief and loss issues in play therapy for children; relationship enhancement therapy with couples and families; Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT); and Reality Therapy.
Follows regulatory and billing requirements ensuring that all services delivered are compliant.
Ability to provide clinical supervision preferred but not required.
