Therapist – Youth Therapeutic Group Home/ Community Homes
Compensation Incentives-$15,000 (Conditions apply)

- Help guide children we serve to their fullest potential while in the comfort of their homes.
- Conduct child and family therapy sessions face to face.
- Support the development and implementation of service plans.
- Compose treatment plans and encourage engagement in various therapies.
- Organize and lead treatment meetings through active participation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies.
- Integrate whole person care through a strength-based lens.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in human services field required.
- Licensed - New Jersey Issued LSW, LCSW, LAC or LPC required.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport.
- Active listening skills with a focus on empathy and guidance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A reliable, responsible, solution-focused attitude and a compassionate approach to whole health care.
- A commitment to quality in everything you do.
This position must comply with the New Jersey Governor’s Executive Order No. 283 (EO-283). EO-283 requires that workers in certain health care setting must either (1) obtain the primary series of a COVID-19 vaccination and a booster by specified deadlines or (2) seek and receive approval for a medical or religious exemption.
