About the Organization and Position

A wonderful organization that provides cutting-edge residential treatment to adults struggling with substance abuse in the Malibu area is searching for a Therapist for their integrative team. In this exciting role, you will provide therapy to a caseload of 8-10 clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapy and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Provide one-on-one counseling to assigned clients
• Conduct clinical intakes for incoming clients within established time frames.
• Coordinate client care with the treatment team in an effective and timely manner
• Provide family members designated by the client with weekly updates on progress

Experience

• Master’s Degree in a clinical specialization from a state-approved graduate school.
• APCC, ASW, or AMFT in the State of CA
• Experience as a therapist especially with substance abuse clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
