EquipmentShare is Hiring a Territory Account Manager - Advanced Solutions.

EquipmentShare is searching for a Territory Account Manager - Advanced Solutions for our rental location in Newark, CA to shape our Pump, Power and HVAC and Industrial Tooling Division's future through technical sales support and direct sales efforts.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Create new rental relationships with prospective customers
  • Work collaboratively with other EquipmentShare sales team members to build and nurture existing customer relationships
  • Present and demonstrate the benefits of EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions capabilities to various customer audiences
  • Serve as an expert and advocate for the EquipmentShare Advanced Solutions division
  • Provide technical support and manage various sales-oriented projects and efforts
  • Work with branch personnel to ensure projects are accurately planned, delivered, mobilized and immobilized
  • Travel as needed (our Advanced Solutions Territory Account Manager will have the use of a company vehicle for travel).

Our Advanced Solutions Territory Account Manager will receive a base salary plus commission and a competitive benefits package.

We are looking for someone with availability to work Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in commercial construction, industrial sales or related equipment is preferred.
  • You have strong sales skills and a solid record of selling to customers with a variety of specialized needs.
  • You're able to learn quickly and immerse yourself in the product, solution or tool you're selling, no matter how complex it may be, in order to effectively educate and inform prospective customers.
  • You have technical knowledge of equipment.
  • You've got the ability to accurately size, quote, install and manage multiple large projects related to EquipmentShare's Pump, Power, Industrial Tooling and HVAC solutions.
  • You can juggle numerous tasks and projects of competing priority at once.
  • You're able to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers, and you have solid public speaking skills.
  • You're a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
