We are a private, multi-generational real estate developer, owner, and manager specializing in multifamily apartment rentals in New York City. Applicants must have flexible availability to work all shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Overnight, and Weekends shifts are required.

Doorperson duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide an exceptional degree of service to maintain an environment of luxury
• Greeting and directing all residents and guests in a courteous manner
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain log books for visitors and contractors
• Communicate any resident concerns to management
• Maintain accurate building delivery logs using building link

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Positive and attentive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Applicants must be punctual, reliable and consistent team player
• Prior experience working within luxury residential buildings preferred
• Basic computer skills a plus
