Position Description

WE Train for a seasonal temporary position that provides both custodial and Maintaence help to our regular staff. This is summer employment. Custodial duties include vacuuming, dusting, washing walls, mirrors, and windows.
Collect and dispose of garbage. Maintaence duties include; moving furniture and setting up rooms, painting, minor plumbing, and some lite carpentry. Marginal Job Functions Provide floor care including sweeping, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, and waxing. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We will train, if you want to learn something and do different things. We are looking for people that want to work the summer and enjoy staying busy. Some weekend work is required. You must be able to take direction and work well with a group. Must pass background check. All candidates must show a demonstrated commitment to diversity and the university’s mission, vision, and

Compensation at a Glance:

Salary Range: $18.69 To $20.00 Per Hour

Seattle University has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, and not based on a candidate’s gender or any other protected status.
