We currently have a career opportunity as a Part-Time Teller/Member Associate at our Oshkosh Snell branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with accurately and efficiently processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, money orders, or cashier’s checks
• Verify endorsements and proper identification on deposit transactions
• Execute wire or ACH transfer of funds
• Assist members with debit, credit, and gift cards
• Troubleshoot credit or debit card issues, online and mobile banking questions, or other general account-related questions and issues
• Balance and maintain personal cash drawer and branch vault, and appropriate currency logs if applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to listen and identify members’ financial needs to better support their financial growth

· Problem-solve to make decisions, ability to take initiative, perform cash handling transactions, intermediate computer skills, and maintain a courteous demeanor in a busy and challenging work environment

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and ability to collaborate with others

· Work 20-25 hours per week including 2-3 Saturday mornings a month as well as open and close the credit union

· High school diploma or GED required
