We are looking for an experienced telemarketer to add to our team. In our agency, motivated individuals earn a base plus bonuses. We are located in Miramar, very close to Pembroke Pines, Weston, Miami Lakes, Hialeah & Miami Gardens.

We are proud to provide insurance products and services to Florida residents and businesses. Our agency sells auto, home, business, life and other insurance products from a Fortune 100 company and other top rated insurance carriers.

This is a part-time opportunity that can lead to full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of cold calls daily
• Collect data and set appointments for licensed agents
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
• Meet daily goals

Required Skills/Traits:

• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Six months or more outbound phone sales experience
• Confident
• Does not fear rejection
• Stays motivated
• Ability to make a connection with people over the phone
• Has a sense of urgency
• Assertive
• Great at following up
• Coachable
• Strong customer service skills

Work Days & Hours

• Monday – Thursday, 9am – 2pm (This opportunity can lead to full-time employment).
