Job Summary: Monday - Thursday 8a-6pm. Friday 8a-12pm
A registered professional who provides coordinated care to patients of all age groups. Plans, implements and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well being. Plans organizes and conducts physical therapy treatment program based on the medical referral and their evaluation. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.
Job Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program.
Licensure: Current Texas Physical Therapy License; current Texas Drivers License
Experience: Two years of experience preferred as a physical therapist in acute, outpatient, or home health setting with pediatrics focus. New grads with interest in pediatrics welcome to apply.
Skills: Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrates proven decision-making skills.
